At the end of the storage period, users’ personal data will be safely deleted.

The Regulation grants you the exercise of specific rights listed below:

  • The rectification of inaccurate personal data, or the completion of incomplete personal data (right to rectification) Article 16;
  • The deletion of data, if one of the reasons provided by the Regulation exists (right to be forgotten) art. 17;
  • Limitation of processing when one of the hypotheses provided by the Regulation occurs (right to limitation) article 18;
  • To receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data you provided to the controller and to transmit such data to another data controller (right to data portability) art. 20;
  • Objection to the processing of personal data (right to object) Article 21.
  • The right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling (automated decision-making process related to natural persons) Article 22.
